Bilingual Customer Care Specialist - Phone Support (On-Site)
**Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco

**Salary**: $12,000-$17,000 MXN per month
**English Level**: Advanced
We are seeking a bilingual professional with strong communication and organizational skills to join our Customer Care team. This role is adecuado for individuals who enjoy supporting others, communicating clearly, and working in a respectful, structured environment.
**What You’ll Do**
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English and Spanish
- Follow established processes and document information accurately
- Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Maintain a courteous, service-focused attitude at all times
**What We’re Looking For**
- Clear, empathetic, and organized communicator
- Experience with U.S.based environments




- Ability to follow structured workflows
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to learn quickly
- 1+ year in bilingual customer service or call centers
**Requirements**:
- Updated resume
- CRM experience (preferred)
- Comfortable multitasking on a computer
- Administrative or back-office experience is a plus
