We’re looking for a Recruitment Sourcer who’ll take our sourcing strategies to the next level We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician, who will support development of talent pipelines. Someone, who will play in our team at one goal - to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut
Are you ready?
**What you'll be doing**
- Building and implementing sourcing strategies
- Helping to develop talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns
- Working with recruiters and hiring managers to help optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging data
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
**What you'll need**
- Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top of the market talent in Financial Services or Tech firms
- Deep understanding of the financial sector hiring landscape and complexity of integral talent markets
- Results driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at scale
- Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands
- Love for problem solving and work with data to make strategic and tactical decisions
