Responsibilities:
-Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake through offer, for a portfolio of roles across key departments. Leverage a deep understanding of each function’s goals and team dynamics to match the right talent with the right opportunities.-Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines by leveraging a range of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, internal referrals, events, job boards, and direct outreach. Stay ahead of business needs by sourcing for both current and forecasted openings.-Hiring Manager Partnership: Lead strategic recruitment kickoffs and consistent check-ins to ensure alignment throughout the process. Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights, process guidance, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.-ATS Management:



Use Workday to manage workflows, documentation, and communication across the recruitment process.-Skills & Experience:
-Business Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and functions, with an ability to quickly grasp hiring needs and translate them into actionable search strategies.-Tech-Savvy: Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.). Comfortable using data to drive recruiting strategy.-Proactive & Growth-Minded: Brings an owner’s mindset, takes initiative, and seeks out opportunities to improve.
