HR Generalist

What You'll Do
Partner with operational leaders to develop leadership capabilities and improve team performance.
Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, organizational climate, and employee experience.
Analyze key HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, eNPS, and employee satisfaction.
Conduct coaching, mentoring, feedback, and conflict resolution sessions.
Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
Gather insights through employee listening programs, follow-ups, and exit interviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance culture and business results.
✅ What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience
as an HR Generalist, HRBP, Employee Experience Specialist,



Organizational Development Specialist, Talent Management Professional, or related roles.
B2+ English level (required).
Experience working closely with leaders and operational teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting people-related data and metrics.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Change Management methodologies is a plus.
