The Regional Director is responsible for leading the overall business performance, operations, financial results, client experience, employee engagement, and strategic growth of the Los Cabos branch.
This executive role requires a strong business leader with experience in property management, hospitality, community association management, residential operations, or a related service industry. The Regional Director will oversee the branch leadership team, drive operational excellence, ensure financial performance, strengthen client relationships, and execute the organization's strategic objectives throughout Baja California Sur.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership and will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership, clients, Boards of Directors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Performance
Develop and execute branch business objectives aligned with the organization's overall strategic direction.
Lead the branch management planning process, including annual budgets, operational targets, financial objectives, and performance metrics.
Drive branch profitability, client retention, revenue growth, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Review business performance through financial reports, operational KPIs, and Balanced Scorecard metrics.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans to ensure achievement of committed objectives.
Support and advocate for company-wide strategic initiatives.
Operations Management
Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and performance of branch operations.
Lead managers responsible for Operations, Client Services, Communications, Marketing, Maintenance, and other business functions.
Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to operational standards.
Promote continuous improvement in processes, systems, and client experience.
Ensure timely execution and renewal of management agreements.
Support the adoption and integration of ancillary services throughout the branch.
Financial Management
Lead branch budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and profitability management.
Review branch management reports and financial statements to assess business performance.
Ensure strong internal controls and timely Accounts Receivable collections.
Maintain financial discipline across Accounts Payable, Assessments, Settlements, Delinquency, and General Ledger processes.
Collaborate with Finance and executive leadership to identify opportunities to improve margins and financial performance.
Client & Community Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with Boards of Directors, homeowners, community members, strategic clients, and vendors.




Address sensitive client concerns and resolve operational issues effectively and professionally.
Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities for organic growth.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams on strategic accounts and business development opportunities.
Represent the organization in executive meetings, community meetings, and external stakeholder engagements.
Leadership & Talent Management
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the branch leadership team.
Foster a high-performance culture based on accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and empowerment.
Oversee the selection, hiring, performance evaluation, development, discipline, and termination of key branch leadership positions.
Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Strengthen employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and succession planning.
Empower front-line teams to resolve service delivery issues efficiently.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure branch compliance with company policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory changes affecting property and community association management.
Ensure operational teams understand and comply with governing documents, contracts, bylaws, and community regulations.
Promote a strong compliance and risk-management culture across the branch.
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Regional Director manages the branch leadership team, which may include leaders across Operations, Client Services, Communications, Marketing, Maintenance, Finance, and related functions.
The role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, performance, and development of these business units through business planning, performance reviews, financial oversight, and leadership development.
Responsibilities include:

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of
5+ years of progressive leadership experience




in property management, hospitality, residential communities, community association management, real estate operations, or a related service industry.
Proven experience leading multi-functional teams and complex operations.
Demonstrated responsibility for financial performance, budgets, revenue, profitability, and operational KPIs.
Experience managing senior leaders and developing high-performing teams.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management experience.
Language Requirements
Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex business and financial documents.
Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, Boards of Directors, homeowners, employees, vendors, and external stakeholders.

The position requires occasional travel throughout Baja California Sur and other markets as needed to support branch operations and client accounts.
