We are seeking a **Senior Network Engineer with a strong Tech Lead focus** to design, lead, and implement advanced network solutions across complex and multinational environments. This role combines network architecture, technical leadership, and close collaboration with internal teams and clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Design and lead complex network architectures, ensuring high availability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize network infrastructures (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, SD-WAN, SDN).
- Monitor network performance, manage incidents, and coordinate maintenance and upgrade activities.
- Guide support teams and lead high-impact technical projects while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Evaluate and integrate hybrid and multi-cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Provide technical direction and expert guidance to anticipate needs, solve complex challenges, and adopt emerging technologies.
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
- Completed bachelor's or an engineering degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting networks in complex or multinational environments.
- Advanced knowledge of core protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, SD-WAN, SDN.




- Experience with public cloud platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet, CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL.
- Fluent Spanish/English is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and proven technical leadership experience.
- Must live in Nuevo León and be available for a hybrid work model at the client’s site in Monterrey.
