**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical and execution mindset to own and evolve our digital products across web platforms, internal tools, and partner-facing systems. This role is responsible for translating complex business and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements and working closely with Engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands systems and workflows, and can balance strategy with day-to-day execution. You will be deeply involved from discovery through delivery, validation, and iteration. This role plays a direct part in driving revenue growth by improving conversion, retention, and operational efficiency through product decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned products and initiatives, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
- Lead structured discovery to define problems, validate assumptions,



and align solutions with business, technical, and revenue goals.
- Translate requirements into clear PRDs, BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Partner closely with Engineering to plan, scope, and deliver work using Agile or Shape Up methodologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure usability, consistency, and conversion-oriented user experiences.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bugs based on user impact, revenue potential, operational efficiency, technical effort, and risk.
- Identify and deliver product improvements that support revenue growth, retention, and upsell opportunities across customer and partner flows.
- Ensure integrations with internal systems and third-party services are clearly defined, scalable, and support business operations.
- Support release planning, readiness, and post-launch validation to ensure features ship with confidence and measurable impact.
- Monitor product performance using analytics, financial signals, and user feedback to guide iteration and continuous optimization.
**Requirements**:
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Management or related roles (Product Ops, Business Analysis, Technical PM).




- Proven experience owning products or systems end-to-end in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to define clear requirements and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Solid understanding of systems, workflows, APIs, and integrations (hands-on coding not required).
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to inform decisions.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make trade-offs.
- Experience with platforms, marketplaces, or operational software is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Figma, and analytics platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- English level: C1/C2 (written & spoken)
