**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a Product Operations Analyst to ensure our digital products meet high standards of reliability, usability, and performance before and after launch. This role focuses on validating releases, identifying risks early, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across customer, partner, and internal platforms.
You’ll help make sure what we ship matches what we’re promising customers. From reviewing requirements to validating releases, you’ll focus on whether features actually work once they’re live—especially in areas that impact launches, and conversion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Test new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across Alliance platforms, including customer, partner, and internal tools.
- Execute manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to validate product behavior and edge cases.
- Validate integrations between systems such as billing, payments, notifications, and third-party services.
- Confirm that features meet product requirements, UX designs, acceptance criteria, and defined business rules.
- Perform testing across multiple environments (QA, staging, production validation) and support release readiness checks.




- Validate critical end-to-end user journeys, including onboarding, checkout, renewals, and cancellations.
- Perform post-release verification to ensure features work as expected in production.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, regression checklists, and clear bug documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to clarify expectations, reproduce issues, and verify fixes.
- Act as a quality advocate by identifying recurring issues that impact user experience, releases, or conversions, and proposing improvements to prevent them.
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of experience in QA, Product Operations, Quality Assurance, or a related role.
- Proven experience testing web-based products, internal tools, or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of product requirements, user flows, and UX consistency.
- Experience executing manual test cases and documenting defects clearly and thoroughly.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach to work.
- Comfort working across multiple environments and release cycles.
- Analytical mindset with interest in quality metrics and release stability.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
- English level: C1/C2 (written & spoken).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
