Essential - Experience: ***** years in automotive engineering services or OEM/Tier-1 engineering, including at least 8 years leading delivery organisations of 200+ engineers. - Domain depth: demonstrable ownership of HIL testing and embedded validation programmes — not oversight from a distance, but hands-on technical credibility earned in the discipline. - Scale: proven track record of scaling an engineering delivery organisation, including building the leadership layer beneath them. - Client-facing seniority: experience owning OEM or Tier-1 relationships at delivery-governance level. - Process: working command of ASPICE and ISO *****; experience operating under OEM quality gate regimes. - Language: professional fluency in English; working Spanish, or a credible commitment to acquiring it within the first year. - Location:
