The RoleIn this regional role, you will be the driving force behind our leadership development and employee engagement strategies.While operating as an individual contributor, you will play a matrix-leadership role, supervising, tracking, and aligning local HR teams across different countries to ensure the flawless execution and deployment of regional programs.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Implementation:Lead and orchestrate the rollout of leadership development programs and employee engagement (Employee Experience) initiatives across Mexico, Argentina, and Brasil.Matrix Supervision:Provide tracking, supervision,



and guidance to local country HR teams to ensure regional program milestones are met successfully.Cross-Level Stakeholder Management:Seamlessly connect and partner with diverse organizational levels, from local HR Business Partners to senior regional executives.Tailored Solutions:Manage regional and multicultural complexity by co-creating adaptable, out-of-the-box talent solutions with local teams.What You Bring (Requirements)Transnational Experience:A solid background working within complex,multinational/transnational corporate environmentsTrack Record:Proven experience successfully implementing leadership acceleration programs and complex employee engagement projects.Core Skills:Exceptional communication, a highly flexible mindset, and a strong ability toinfluence and supervise without direct authority.Languages:Advanced English is mandatory (Portuguese is a massive plus due to daily interaction with the Brazil team).
Location:Based in or willing to relocate toMonterrey, Mexico(Hybrid model).
