About This RoleEuronet is looking for an experienced and highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in IT systems management, a deep understanding of technical environments, and excellent problem-solving abilities.




Roles & Responsibilities
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Diagnose and resolve issues that are beyond the scope of Level 1 and Level 2 support.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate laptops, desktops, peripherals, and end-user software to ensure a secure, standardized, and reliable computing environment. Perform hardware lifecycle management, operating system deployments, patching, and preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with corporate IT standards and minimizing end-user downtime.
- Incident Response: Respond to high-priority incidents and service requests. Manage and resolve critical issues with minimal downtime, coordinating with other IT staff as needed.
