Windows Endpoint ServicesKey Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the organization's Microsoft Windows Server environment (2016/2019/2022).
- Administer and support Active Directory (AD), including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and user/group management.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of critical domain services.

Asset and Inventory Management
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.




- Implement and manage an asset tracking system to monitor the lifecycle of devices and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement to manage hardware refreshes and software license renewals.

Endpoint and Patch Management
- Implement, configure, and maintain endpoint management solutions for deployment, security, and monitoring.
- Plan, test, and deploy operating system and application patches across the entire environment to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
- Manage endpoint security solutions, including anti-virus/anti-malware and host intrusion prevention systems.

Application and Desktop Virtualization
- Administer and support application and desktop virtualization platforms.
- Manage virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) images, profiles, and access.
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of virtual environments.

General System Administration
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues across the
