About the role
As a Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by leading transformation management and organisational change management initiatives for clients undergoing large-scale SAP transformation. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management team and work collaboratively with practice leaders, client stakeholders, global delivery teams, and senior executives.

This role is ideal for a consulting professional with strong SAP S/4HANA OCM experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment,



who can lead stakeholders through complex business and technology change.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and deliver transformation management and organisational change management projects for clients.
- Define change roadmaps, including KPIs, milestones, adoption metrics, and corrective actions to support successful implementation.
- Support SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation programmes, including integral rollouts and full lifecycle transformation initiatives.
- Partner with client communications leads to establish communication governance, 30-60-90-day plans, stakeholder mapping, channel strategy, message cadence, and key messaging.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, resistance management, training readiness, and adoption planning.
