**About the role**:
Provide first-level technical support for end-users across the organization, resolving hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high customer service standards in a mortgage lending environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot Windows 11 workstations, Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and MFA methods
- Support Microsoft Active Directory and Entra user account management (password resets, group memberships)
- Assist with printer, scanner, and basic network connectivity issues
- Provide support for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Document all support interactions and maintain accurate ticket records
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support following established procedures
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist with deployment
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree related
- IT help desk or technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite




- Basic understanding of Active Directory/Microsoft Entra and network fundamentals
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with VPN technologies and remote support tools
- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar IT Service Management platform
