**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound Call Management**: Act as our client's first point of contact, ensuring all inquiries are addressed professionally and courteously.
- **Job Scheduling**: Efficiently schedule service jobs, aligning with client availability and service team capabilities.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with tenants, neighbors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, minimize disruptions, and ensure all parties are informed.
- **Customer Service**: Address client questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships.
- **Professional Communication**: Maintain high verbal and written communication standards to ensure clear and professional interactions at all times.
**Requirements**:
- **Exceptional English Proficiency**: Must possess excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- **Strong Interpersonal Skills**: Comfortable and confident in handling phone conversations, with a polite and customer-oriented approach.
- **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role is highly desirable, with a proven track record of resolving client concerns and managing scheduling logistics.
- **Team Player**: Must be a collaborative team member with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
