We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Data Analyst (Onsite in CDMX)**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Investigate and correct data discrepancies.
- Perform root cause analysis for data anomalies.
- Generate investigative reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with US-based compensation administrators and other stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications**
- **Technical Skills**:
- **Advanced SQL proficiency** (complex queries, optimization).
- YAML and Trix experience.
- Familiarity with Looker dashboard usage (viewing only, not development).
- **Domain Knowledge**:
- **Sales domain experience is highly preferred.**
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business processes.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Clear and fluent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- **Experience**:




- 5+ years in data analysis or related roles.
- Prior experience in troubleshooting and investigative reporting.
