**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Implement and execute automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices for automation.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends in test automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with a strong focus on test framework development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Strong knowledge of API testing (REST, SOAP) and tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
