**What You'll Do**:
- Provide customer service to clients and customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the store interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter theft, loitering, and other unwanted activity.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, watching for suspicious behavior and policy violations, and report concerns per site instructions.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, assisting with customer disputes, and coordinating with law enforcement and/or emergency services as directed.
- Complete detailed reports on shift activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Client requires proof of high school diploma/GED.
- Guard Card/License is preferred.
- Handcuffs/Pepper Spray/Baton is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
