**Job Title: Field Services Engineer**
**Location: Onsite / Manufacturing Site PUEBLA**
**Work Environment: Fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment**
**About the Role**
We are looking for a **Field Services Engineer** This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment while supporting high-profile end users.
**Responsabilidades y atribuciones** Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **onsite customer service and technical support** to final users and key stakeholders.
- Operate in a **Field Services environment**, supporting local plant operations.
- Handle **difficult or high-demand customers** with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
- Manage and track incidents and requests through **ticketing systems**.
- Plan and manage daily agendas, follow up on open issues, track progress, and proactively update stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and activation of necessary actions.
- Support **end-user devices and infrastructure** in a manufacturing environment.
**Technical Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience with:
- **Windows environments**:
- **Office 365**:
- **Active Directory**:
- **ServiceNow** or similar ticketing tools
- Exposure to:
- **Network and infrastructure environments** (nice to have)




- **Printers and peripheral devices**:
- **IT infrastructure support**:
- Experience supporting **manufacturing sites** is highly desirable.

- Ability to work **autonomously** with mínimal supervision.
