**About the role**
Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.
We’re looking for a Recovery Risk Manager who’ll develop resolution management frameworks within the second line of defence. You'll collaborate closely with Treasury, Finance, Operations, Technology, and the broader Risk organisation to ensure compliance with recovery and resolution regulations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Creating, developing, and implementing our recovery and resolution framework
- Analysing regulatory requirements and setting standards for implementation
- Establishing and implementing process changes to facilitate the development of our resolution framework
- Overseeing and coordinating complex cross-functional regulatory deliveries
- Performing quality control on regulatory submission of resolution-related materials
- Responding to regulatory inquiries, and communicating with local regulators
- Establishing relationships with senior stakeholders across departments to manage deliveries
**What you'll need**
- 3+ years of experience in financial risk administration, focusing on capital adequacy and recovery and resolution plans
- Expertise in risk identification, monitoring, and control implementation and testing
- An understanding of capital adequacy ratio methodologies (capital and leverage ratios)
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, RCSA execution, control testing, and issue remediation
- Familiarity with organisational processes, governance frameworks, and control environments
- Knowledge of Mexico’s regulatory frameworks (CNBV and Banco de Mexico)
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and accounting figures
- Great communication skills to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- A deep-thinking mindset to balance data analysis and decision-making
- Fluency in English and Spanish
