A Swedish automotive company with a strong quality culture is looking for a **Quality Engineer** to support and maintain the **IATF 16949 Quality Management System** and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is focused on quality systems, audits, PPAP, and process control within a manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and control the IATF 16949 Quality Management System
- Issue and manage PPAP documentation
- Support APQP activities and product validations
- Coordinate internal, second-party, and third-party audits
- Perform root cause analysis for internal deviations
- Execute product, process, and system audits
- Follow up on product deviations and change control
- Review product specifications and generate part numbers
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Materials, Metallurgy,



Metrology, or related field
- Experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
- IATF 16949 / ISO Internal Auditor
- Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan)
- ERP system management
- English proficiency
- Office tools (Excel, Word)
**Desirable Experience**
- 1 year of experience in heat treatment processes.
- 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Microstructure interpretation.
- Destructive testing knowledge.
- Experience using microscope, universal testing machine, or metallographic equip
