As a **Bilingual Travel and Reservation Specialist**, you will be the first point of contact for our Members, providing expert assistance with travel planning, reservations, and post-booking support. We are looking for service-driven individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering premium travel experiences that reflect the excellence of our brand.
**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound customer calls related to travel inquiries, including flight, hotel, car rental, and vacation package reservations.
Provide personalized travel recommendations based on Member preferences, benefits, and eligibility.
Manage changes, cancellations, rebookings, and travel-related issues efficiently and accurately.
Deliver accurate, empathetic, and high-quality service to ensure a seamless and memorable travel experience.
Identify opportunities to enhance Member satisfaction through relevant upgrades, offers, or benefits.
Meet or exceed quality standards, sales or service goals, response time targets, and other performance metrics.
Accurately document all customer interactions, reservations, and updates in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to resolve complex or time-sensitive travel cases.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with travel policies, supplier offerings, tools, and benefits.




**Qualifications**:
Advance English and Spanish Required
**At least 1 year of experience in customer service, travel services, reservations, or call center environments (travel industry experience preferred).**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with multiple systems, booking tools, and CRM platforms.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Ability to work a fixed schedule between **7:00 AM - 8:00 PM**.
