**Role Overview**
We’re looking for a **Performance Marketing Manager** to own and scale our paid advertising while protecting a premium brand image. This role has full control over performance decisions and creative standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Own and manage **Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads**:
- Control budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization
- Decide what campaigns to **scale, pause, or shut down**:
- Monitor performance and optimize for ROI and lead quality
- Set and approve ad **hooks, visuals, and tone**:
- Ensure all ads align with a **luxury brand standard**
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads
- Strong performance and analytical mindset
- Ability to make clear, data-driven decisions
