Level
What you’ll do
- Create clean, modern visual designs for web and digital products.
- Design high quality UI layouts, components, icons, and graphics that elevate the user experience.
- Deliver complete interface work, including key UI states (hover, empty, loading, error) and visual consistency across flows.
- Collaborate closely with **Product, Engineering, and Marketing** to translate goals into elegant, usable interfaces.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, we believe in **excellence and velocity**.
What we’re looking for
- Strong visual design fundamentals**:layout, typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy**.




- Pixel perfect execution and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality.
- Strong visual communication and critique skills (you can explain your decisions clearly).
- Solid UI/UX instincts: usability, consistency, interaction states, and clarity.
- **C1 English required (reading, writing, and speaking)** you’ll communicate with US based customers.
Tools
- **Figma (preferred / strongly recommended)**:
- Familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator is a plus.
Nice to have (not required)
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience.
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, or prototyping.
