**About the position**
We are looking for a **Sales Operations Excecutive**to act as a communication channel between clients (external/internal) and the company, in decision-making, information handling, and strategic forecasts.
This role should be based in Mexico City.
**Responsibilities**
- Backorder control (tracking in database and system) and communication to the client.




- Evaluation and analysis of returns at the end of each season.
- Detect sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients to create medium
- and long-term alliances.
- Persistence to maximize order placement.
- Promote the brand through service quality.
- Sales report analysis.
- Plan actions to meet client needs and expectations.
- Follow OUP ethical policies.
- Maintain internal and external databases.
- Contribute to a great team spirit and high performing team
- Adhere to OUP Ethical Policies
This is a full-time role.
