mobilization and coordination of change networksmeasurement of readiness and adoptioneducating colleagues on change management best practiceschange management workstream leadershipcollaboration with project colleagues and stakeholdersidentify and mitigation of risks to change deliveryIn addition to regular project work, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate and elevate our change management toolkit and ways of working.You will work as part of a global team, having daily contact with colleagues in APAC and EMEA, as well as the Americas.To be successful in this role you will have:Solid experience in the recruitment industry, agency or MSP/RPO/SOW or significant internal TA experience.Large amount of change management experience.Experience leading change management initiatives for large organizationsExcellent understanding of the principles and frameworks of change managementUnderstanding of project delivery and workstream management within a fast-paced business environmentChange Management certification (Prosci or comparable) highly preferredAdvanced communication skills, with the ability to influence leadersLeadership capabilitiesAbility to "think and act promptly"Strong planning and organizational skills combined with task and time management skillsA high degree of adaptability to move from one project to another, ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneouslyThe ability to think strategically, lead initiatives and drive innovationComfort in working virtually, as this role is permanent based from homeNote: This role may require occasional local and international travel.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Human Resources and Management.Industries: Human Resources Services.
