Your job is to catch them.
We are hiring AI Operations Analysts to supervise AI agents and chatbots in real business workflows. You will review AI-generated outputs, detect hallucinations and logic failures, document error patterns, and help improve system performance over time.
This is not a software engineering role.
This is not content creation.
This is structured AI supervision inside operational environments.
What You’ll DoAI Supervision & QA (60%)
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Identify hallucinations, factual errors, and logic failures.
- Document structured error patterns.
- Track daily accuracy metrics.
- Provide feedback to improve prompts and agent behavior.
Innovation Lab (20%)
- Test new AI tools weekly.
- Complete evaluation templates.
- Present findings internally.
Internal AI Support (20%)
- Support AI implementation inside operations.
- Train internal teams on AI workflows.




- Document processes and best practices.
Hard Requirements
- Heavy daily use of AI tools.
- Ability to demonstrate an AI workflow during interview.
- Strong written English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Degree in engineering, analytics, data, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
If you are not actively using AI tools daily, this role is not a fit.
Nice to Have
- Prompt engineering experience.
- QA, CX, or operations background.
- Exposure to automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate.
- Personal AI projects or portfolio.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
