**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement APIs for AI services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate external knowledge bases for context-aware AI solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks, including prompt engineering and model evaluation.
- Implement AI inference pipelines for on-premise and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Monitor and improve model performance, latency, and reliability in production environments.




- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices for adoption.
- Clearly communicate findings and technical details to a broad audience, aligning with business objectives.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, LLMs and generative AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or OpenAI API.
- Proven experience in API development (REST, GraphQL, FASTAPI) and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with vector databases for RAG implementations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
**Skills/Competencies**:
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
- Experience with cloud-based tools and AI deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in AI systems.
- Ability to work independently without detailed guidance, while maintaining effective communication with leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively and document objectives and procedures.
