We are seeking aServiceNow SAM Pro Implementation Leadto join our team.In this role, you will lead the LATAM ServiceNow SAM Pro implementations - combining strong technical expertise with leadership and client‐facing skills.You will also collaborate with our sales and technical teams in pre‐sales activities, supporting the implementation and optimization of our Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions, includingOpen iT's LicenseAnalyzer.This position is idóneo for someone with extensive experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro projects who can translate business needs into tailored technical solutions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and value for clients.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, integration, and optimization ofServiceNow SAM ProandHAMmodules, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment withITAM/ITSM best practices.Help with theintegration of Servicenow SAM Pro and LicenseAnalyzerusing theOpen iT connector.Manage theend‐to‐end implementationlifecycle - from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, deployment, and post‐implementation support.Participate inpre‐sales engagementsby providing technical consultations, scoping solutions, and delivering product demonstrations,



includingLicenseAnalyzer.Assess current asset management processes and designfuture‐state solutionsaligned with business objectives.Developintegrations, workflows, reports, and dashboardsto ensure accurate asset data and actionable insights.Providedocumentation, training,andknowledge transferto clients and internal teams.Support theRFI/RFP processand contribute to continuous improvement and solution development initiatives.Represent Open iT inindustry events, webinars, and client presentations.Required QualificationsMultilingual proficiency with fluency inEnglish and Spanish; Portugueselanguage skills are an additional strength.Provenhands‐on experienceimplementing multiple ServiceNow SAM Pro projects.Strong understanding ofsoftware license models, discovery tools, CMDB structure,and theIT asset lifecycle.Expertise inServiceNow configuration, scripting,orworkflow development.Experience withintegrationsanddata ingestionin ServiceNow.Stronganalytical, client‐facing,andstakeholder managementskills.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow certifications(CIS‐SAM, CIS‐HAM, ITAM, or ITSM)Experience inIT consultingortechnical pre‐salesroles.
