**Desirable Experience**
- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.
- Basic knowledge of tractor, trailer, truck, semi mechanical functions.
- Responding to incoming calls and handling appropriately
- Answer calls and accommodate drivers with repairs that truck or trailer needs on the road.
- Assisting drivers on the road with truck breakdowns over the phone.
- Organizing on the road assistance with vendors throughout the US
- Providing coverage for colleagues when needed
- Various other support functions as assigned
**Work Hours (After Hours during week & weekends)**
Monday - Friday 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm CST
Saturday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm CST
Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions: 2 years (required)
- Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions: 2 years (required)
- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.: 2 years (required)
