**Location**: Condesa, Mexico City (Hybrid)
**Type**: Full-time, contractor (fixed monthly salary)
**Schedule**: Approx. 9 AM - 5 PM
**What You’ll Do**
- Create light animations (GIFs) inside Figma using built-in tools and plugins.
- Perform basic image editing in Photoshop (background removals, light adjustments).
- Occasionally work on other digital design projects — landing pages, digital graphics, etc.
- Learn how to prepare and set up designs in **Klaviyo** to bring campaigns to life.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, and other designers (mostly internal teamwork).
**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ year of experience in graphic or digital design (agency or marketing experience a plus).
- Strong proficiency in **Figma**. This is a non-negotiable.
- Good English proficiency — most of our clients are US-based.
- Adaptable — you don’t get stuck in your ways and are open to trying new approaches.




- Resourceful — you know how to solve your own problems, use AI tools effectively, and figure things out without constant hand-holding.
- Easy to work with — collaborative, professional, and not the kind of person who creates unnecessary drama.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience designing for ecommerce/DTC brands.
- Familiarity with animation or motion tools beyond Figma.
