We are looking to build a** SAP S/4HANA team** that will support our client as a true extension of their internal SAP organization.
This is **not a junior AMS model**. The client expects strong **L2/L3 functional consultants** who can work independently, own and resolve tickets end-to-end, perform root cause analysis, and manage configuration and integration topics across modules.
The team will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, supporting business-critical processes in an S/4HANA environment. Consultants are expected to demonstrate multi-module awareness and strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

- 7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience (module-specific)- Proven hands-on experience in **SAP S/4HANA** (implementation and/or support)- Strong configuration skills within respective modules- Experience handling L2/L3 support independently- Solid understanding of cross-module integrations- Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions- Experience working in global or complex enterprise environments- Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with business stakeholders- Advanced English (required)

- Experience in multi-country rollouts- Experience in hybrid AMS + project environments- Exposure to automation and process optimization initiatives
