Your Job:
As a Project Manager, you will lead projects that enable successful new product introductions and strengthen manufacturing and operational performance. You'll align cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time, manage risk and change proactively, and use data-driven insights to keep programs on track with customer expectations and business goals.
Our Team:
You'll support in projects that designs and manufactures high-speed connectors, raw cable, cable assemblies, and interconnect solutions that enable high-performance data transmission across multiple industries.
What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end project execution for NPI and operational improvement initiatives, aligning scope, timing, cost, and outcomes to projects priorities
- Partner across R&D;, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive timely launches that meet Molex quality and performance expectations
- Improve operational performance by enabling process optimization, capacity planning, and stronger delivery commitment execution
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC (or similar) to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase throughput
- Facilitate clear cross-functional alignment with business leaders, finance,



and segment teams to prioritize resources and remove barriers
- Strengthen project predictability through proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and disciplined change control
- Track progress with metrics and operational KPIs, providing clear updates and insights to leadership to support decisions
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Experience managing projects in manufacturing and/or product introduction environments
- Experience in connectors, cables, electronics, or related industries
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement and quality methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, APQP)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or similar)
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for operations and/or project tracking
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
- Knowledge of PPAP and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
