We are currently searching for a Java Backend Developer:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
Manage and resolve incidents within agreed service levels




Resolve the most complex and critical application issues
Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless resolution of production incidents
Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders about critical incidents and improvements
Monitor system performance and collaborates with Product teams on improving applications for better performance stability and easier supportability
Develops maintains and tracks Error Budgets for supported applications
Implementation of automated alerts and monitoring of application and underlying infrastructure
Lead supportrelated projects and initiatives
Generate and analyze reports on support metrics and application performance
Develop and maintain indepth knowledge base articles and documentation
Mentor junior team members and provide advanced training sessions

Your Profile (Requirements)
Experience 8 to 10 years
Proven professional experience in backend software development using Java.
Hands-on expertise building microservices with Spring Boot.
Practical experience implementing streaming or messaging systems with Kafka.
Solid understanding of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
Experience managing non-relational data with Mongo DB.
Proficiency in establishing and maintaining CI/CD workflows.
Experience deploying and managing services in Microsoft Azure.
High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
