As a Sales Administrator at VALEO SISTEMAS AUTOMOTRICES DE MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., you will provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to overall sales success. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a meticulous approach to data management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, from initial inquiry to delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including quotes, invoices, and contracts.




- Generate various management reports on sales performance, customer activity, and other key metrics.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.
