**Key Skills**
Core Technical Breadth (You should have working knowledge across these areas):
- **Front-End**: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, modern frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
- **Back-End**: Experience with multiple languages (Go, Python, Node.js, etc.)
- **Databases**: Proficiency with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases
- **Cloud & Infrastructure**: AWS, GCP, or Azure experience
- **DevOps**: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code
- **APIs**: REST, GraphQL, and modern API design patterns
AI-First Development (required):
- **AI Coding Tools**: Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants
- **Prompt Engineering**: Ability to effectively communicate with and leverage AI tools for development
- **AI-Augmented Workflows**: Experience using AI for code review, testing, documentation, and problem-solving
