**Foreign Trade Coordinator**:

**About the Unit**:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage and execute complex and strategic import operations.
Ensure full compliance with documentation requirements, international trade regulations, and internal standards.
Actively identify process and system deficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Proactively manage exceptions, including delays and disruptions, through timely interventions and clear, solution-oriented communication, especially for high-priority or urgent shipments; ensure visibility and accountability throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Meet regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional efforts that support Yara's global supply chain and business objectives.
Demonstrate strong teamwork by sharing knowledge collaboratively.
Align and communicate operational solutions to stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction.
Diligently follow up on complaints using the appropriate tools. Proactively identify problems, efficiently analyze root causes, implement immediate and long-term solutions, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead structured follow-up activities to prevent recurrence.




Prepare and present monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Understand import/export documentation and Mexican customs regulations specific to the fertilizer sector.
Actively participate in ongoing projects where the involvement of the Commercial Coordinator is required.
**Profile**:
- Degree in Foreign Trade and/or Business
- 3 year of relevant foreign trade, procurement and supply chain experience.
- Fluent english
- Tariff classification knowledge
- Free Trade Agreements and Customs Law knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Excel)
- SAP
