**Position Summary**
The Fleet Compliance & Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution and oversight of fleet-related compliance, documentation, and damage control processes. This role ensures that all vehicles operate under full regulatory compliance, minimizes operational risks, and maintains strict control over fleet assets and associated costs.
This position plays a critical role in bridging strategy and execution, supporting the department manager by leading day-to-day operations and enforcing accountability across the team.
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations.
- Ensure all tasks are executed efficiently with no backlog or delays
- Monitor and enforce adherence to internal processes and procedures.
- Oversee all vehicle-related incidents and damage reports
- Ensure 100% compliance with all required vehicle documentation, including:




- Provide weekly reports to management.
**Requirements**:
- Industrial Engineering, Logistics / Transportation degree, business administration.
- Equivalent work experience will be considered
- Proficiency in fleet management systems (Samsara) and Microsoft Excel, ERP
- Capable of managing and developing team members in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in: Transportation, trucking, or fleet operations. Compliance or fleet management.
- Hands-on experience with: DOT regulations and inspections, vehicle documentation and permitting, incident and damage management.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
