**Virtual Bilingual Operations Assistant (Remote | English & Spanish)**

- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (EST) ( days and after hours will be going over during interview)

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a **Virtual Operations Assistant** to support our day-to-day business activities. This role is critical in keeping our operations running smoothly by coordinating with technicians, communicating with customers, and ensuring tasks are handled efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with scheduling jobs and managing daily workflow
- Support general operations and administrative tasks
- Help resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain clear and organized communication across the team
**Requirements**:




- **Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)**:
- Must be **based in Mexico**:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
- Must be comfortable being on **Zoom video during the entire shift**:
- **Availability to work overtime when needed (including extended hours and occasional additional days)**
**Nice to Have (Not Required)**
- Experience in the **construction or restoration industry**:
- Previous operations or administrative experience

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week
