Supports the finance team by assisting in the preparation of financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing data entry tasks. Applies a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Contributes to the overall efficiency of the accounting department while gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance. Collaborates with experienced professionals to support the organization's financial objectives and ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assists in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepares the reconciliations of accounts and transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Prepares financial data and reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Supports the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering necessary documentation and preparing journal entries.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:




- Bachelor's Degree OR an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, and certifications sufficient to achieve position expectations required (or local country equivalent education). Required
