**Onivius** is a growing architecture and real estate development company based in **Quintana Roo**, focused on creating modern, well-designed projects adapted to the local environment and international market expectations. Our work combines **architectural design, visualization, development strategy, and creative innovation**, with projects ranging from residential villas to future hospitality, restaurant, and resort concepts.
We are currently looking for a **Junior Architect** to work **directly with the company founder and the Architect Manager**, supporting the architectural development of projects from concept to visual and technical production. This role is idóneo for someone who is creative, technically solid, motivated, and excited to grow inside a young and ambitious company.
This is a **part-time position (20 hours per week, mainly mornings)**, based in **Quintana Roo**, with a **hybrid structure** depending on the project phase and company needs.
At Onivius, we are not simply looking for short-term support — we are looking for someone with **potential**, who wants to evolve with the company and progressively take on more responsibility as the department grows. The role may begin with architectural production and support tasks, but over time it can develop into a much more important position within the team.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Support architectural design development
- Produce plans, sections, elevations, and technical drawings
- Create 3D models and architectural renderings
- Assist with short architectural video production when required
- Support design coordination and project organization




- Work closely with leadership on the creative and technical evolution of projects
**Profile We Are Looking For**
- **3-5 years of experience** in architecture or architectural design
- Strong skills in **AutoCAD and/or Revit**:
- Good 3D modeling skills (**SketchUp preferred**)
- Experience with rendering tools such as **Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, D5, or similar**:
- Interior design sensitivity is a plus
- Basic ability to produce architectural video output is a plus
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- **Spanish required**:
- **English required** 70% (spoken and written — fluency not mandatory)
- Must be based in **Quintana Roo** (**Cancún preferred**)
