and upgrade operating systems and softwareTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problemsMaintain inventory, repair logs, and activity tracking systemsEnforce TSG technology policies and best practicesManage user accounts and access permissionsCoordinate vendor repairs and off-site service needsAssist with application testing and technology upgradesMonitor system backups and test recovery processesLead end-user training sessions and develop support materialsSupport onboarding for new TSG team membersAbout YouMust Have1–3+ years of experience in IT or customer-facing technology supportDemonstrated interest and aptitude in technologyStrong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentCalm and clear-headed under pressureTeam-oriented with a proactive approach to helping othersComfortable occasionally working extended hours to support urgent projectsNice to HavePrior corporate experience in IT supportExperience using remote support toolsFamiliarity with documentation and IT service workflowsEducationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience#J-*****-Ljbffr
