Role Objective
Lead the commercial strategy in Mexico, driving profitable and sustainable growth by strengthening the broker and agent network, expanding market opportunities, and ensuring a balanced approach between new business generation and portfolio retention.

•Solid experience within the insurance sector (Health, Life, Personal Accident)
•Advanced English
•Proven track record leading commercial teams and sales organizations
•Experience building, developing, and activating broker and/or agent networks
•Demonstrated ability to deliver growth with a strong focus on profitability
•Sound business judgment and decision-making capabilities
•Credibility and well-established relationships within the insurance market

Key Responsibilities
•Define and execute the commercial strategy for both new business and renewals
•Deliver on sales and retention targets across business lines
•Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, agents, and strategic partners
•Lead, develop, and inspire the commercial team
•Identify and unlock new business opportunities (corporate, multinational, SME segments)
•Diversify the client portfolio and sales channels
•Partner closely with General Management in shaping country strategy
•Contribute to the evolution of the value proposition and product offering
•Oversee commercial performance, KPIs, and reporting
•Manage commercial budgets, campaigns, and resource allocation
