Location : Tlalnepantla de Baz (EdoMex ) Work mode: Hybri d Sector: Telecommunication As Senior Bid Manager , you will support the overall opportunity management process for both the Latin America and North America regions. The role manages the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are high quality, compliant, and on time, as well as developing strategic sales frameworks. Your tasks Lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions in alignment with customer requirements and internal guidelines. Develop competitive bid strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Business Lines, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks, working alongside Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance.



Manage pricing and calculation processes to ensure market competitiveness and financial sustainability. Drive process improvements, standardize templates, and maintain bid documentation and knowledge repositories. Support the approval process and facilitate internal/external reviews. Align closely with internal departments to ensure strategic coherence and deliver tailored sales strategies for regional markets. Your qualifications 7+ years of professional experience in bid management, sales excellence, or inside sales ( Experience in telecommunication ). Experience in multiple of the aforementioned functions is preferred. Idóneo candidates will have worked in an international environment and possess intercultural competence. University degree in e.g. Business, Communication, Economics or equivalent is a plus. Result and priority oriented, with strong business acumen. Exceptional organizational and/or project management skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex sales challenges. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Experience with Salesforce (CPQ) preferred. Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. Portuguese or any other languages are an advantage.
