Objective of the position:
Develop, implement, and administer all benefit programs, policies, and procedures to strengthen DTM’s position as an employer of choice. Ensure a positive employee experience through compliant, cost‑effective, and competitive benefits that support the attraction, retention, and motivation of talent.
Manage and coordinate Global Mobility processes for international employee assignments for DTM and DTFS across all Mexico locations. Maintain continuous communication with assignees and home countries, provide guidance on assignment policies, and ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations. Guarantee alignment with the latest Global Mobility Policy and consistent execution across all stakeholders.

**Academic Knowledge: Bachelor's Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Relations or related field.**
**Experience: Benefits management, global mobility and supplier management.**

**Main Functions**:
- Generate and Manage a competitive benefits strategy for DTM based on benchmark market data and considering tax and finance impacts to increase employees Total Rewards.
- Manage the Company Car program, through out analyzing cost-benefit, and making sure DTM's provides a competitive program for the employees at the best cost for the company.




- Maintain ongoing communication with the Company Cars team and regularly audit vehicle expirations and renewal schedules to ensure timely updates and full process compliance.
- Integral Mobility responsible, adapt and implement policies and procedures to Mexican local operations to ensure a compliant process for placing international assignments such as payroll, relocation, immigration and tax procedures.
- Establish and elaborate control checks in order to meet internal processes as well as ensures internal and external Compliance audits in regard international assignment processes.
- Design and deliver communication campaigns and training programs to increase employee understanding and engagement with the company’s Total Rewards offerings.
- Manage relationships and contracts with all local third‑party vendors to ensure high service standards, competitive pricing, and full compliance with company policies and requirements..
