Telecommunication As Senior Bid Manager , you will support the overall opportunity management process for both the Latin America and North America regions. The role manages the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are high quality, compliant, and on time, as well as developing strategic sales frameworks. Lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions in alignment with customer requirements and internal guidelines.



Develop competitive bid strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Business Lines, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks, working alongside Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance. Align closely with internal departments to ensure strategic coherence and deliver tailored sales strategies for regional markets. 7+ years of professional experience in bid management, sales excellence, or inside sales ( Experience in telecommunication ). ~ Exceptional organizational and/or project management skills. ~ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex sales challenges. ~ Experience with Salesforce (CPQ) preferred. ~ Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. Portuguese or any other languages are an advantage.
