Operations Manager
Location: Miami
Salary: $100,000–$130,000
Our client is a fast-growing premium liquor brand expanding its general presence. They are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee supply chain, procurement, logistics, and sustainability across Mexico.
About You
5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.
Experience in liquor, alcohol beverages, FMCG, or a similar industry.
Strong supplier management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Experience with packaging and dry goods procurement.
Commercially minded, organized, and confident working independently.
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
What You'll Do
Manage procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics across Mexico.
Oversee suppliers, 3PL partners, freight, and warehousing.
Negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure products and materials move efficiently between production sites and markets.
Track costs, inventory, and supply chain performance.
Support the brand's sustainability initiatives.
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.
