**Position Summary**
The **Cost Estimator** is a role designed to support the Estimating Department with data preparation, documentation, and administrative estimating tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with the preparation of cost estimates by gathering and organizing data
- Review specifications and project documents for completeness
- Enter pricing, materials, and labor data into estimating systems
- Support quote revisions and updates as directed
- Maintain estimating files and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required project information
- Learn company pricing standards, processes, and approval workflows
**Qualifications & Experience**
- **1-2 year** of related experience (estimating, data entry, construction, manufacturing, or administrative support)
- Bachelor’s degree business, construction management, or a related field is a plus
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems
- **Microsoft Excel proficiency** is required.




- **Typing speed of 50-70 WPM or higher** with excellent accuracy (required).
- **Bilingual in Spanish and English** (required).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Proven experience in the **furniture industry** is a plus.
