**FNOL Insurance Rep | Mon-Fri - Confie Tijuana**
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and process **First Notice of Loss** (FNOL) claims
- Verify **policy information** accurately
- **Collect and document claim** details in the client’s claims management system
- Initiate the **claims process** and provide confirmation to customers
- Handle inbound calls to **answer inquiries and give status updates** on open claims
**Requirements**:
- Strong English skills **(B2 level or higher),**:
- **Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)**:
- Strong interpersonal and **verbal communication skills** with a focus on quality
- Ability to **multitask, stay organized,**and prioritize workload
- At least **1+ year of call center experience**:
- Customer service experience **(preferred / a plus)**:
- **Full-time availability. You must be available to work full time.**
