Full management of fixed assets in an ERP system.
- Accounting for capitalization (additions), disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
- Periodic reconciliations between fixed assets subledger and General Ledger (GL).
- Participation in physical asset inventories and variance analysis.
- Direct support during internal or external audits.
This is NOT an entry-level or training position If you do not have direct and proven experience in these processes, you will not be considered.
Mandatory Requirements (non-negotiable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 to 5 years of specific experience in fixed assets accounting
- Hands-on experience with:
Asset capitalization and CapEx control.
Depreciation calculation and posting.
Monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
- Intermediate-advanced Excel (data handling and reconciliations).
- Basic to intermediate English (reading systems/documentation).
Key Responsibilities




- Maintain accurate and controlled fixed assets register.
- Execute capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and disposals.
- Review and validate CapEx requests.
- Perform GL reconciliations.
- Coordinate physical inventories and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Generate reports for close, audit, and budgeting.

- Able to perform under pressure during month-end close.
- Autonomous executor (operational role, not strategic).
- Experience interacting with Finance, Operations, and Procurement.
